Senior Network Engineer

We are seeking and experienced and hands‑on Senior Network Engineer to join our team, specializing in network infrastructure and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will provide expert-level support in network design, configuration, and system integration for mission‑critical industrial control systems. This role involves working both in‑house and at customer sites to ensure the reliable, secure, and efficient operation of SCADA and IT/OT networks.

You will collaborate closely with customers, contractors, and internal teams to deliver robust network solutions, conduct system hardening and support production operations. This position requires deep technical knowledge in network architecture and system security as well as strong project execution and troubleshooting capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure for SCADA and industrial automation system
• Perform system configuration, administration, and maintenance support for servers, firewalls and network devices
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams
• Set up and configure switches, routers, and firewalls
• Support incident response, troubleshooting and root cause analysis for network‑related issues
• Collaborate with customers and system integrators on network architecture design, upgrades, and system integration projects
• Assist in technical presentations, solution proposals, and product demonstration when required

Requirements:

• Minimally Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, network engineering or cybersecurity operations
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals
• Hands‑on experience in Windows/Linus OS administration and hardening as well as MS SQL server hardening
• Good knowledge of industrial networking is an advantage
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, hardening methodologies and network monitoring tools
• Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, Security+ or equivalent are preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and communication skills
• Proactive learner with a passion for emerging network and cybersecurity technologies
• Team player with good communication skills
