A leading educational institution is seeking customer service and administrative staff to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment. This role involves attending to customer enquiries, managing registrations, and providing administrative support to teachers. Ideal candidates should have a passion for customer service and possess strong bilingual communication skills.
Job Description
We are looking for motivated and affable individuals who can work in a challenging and fast paced environment.
o Attend to walk-in customers and incoming phone enquiries
o Provide course consultation and ensure proper follow-up
o Handle and resolve general feedback and complaints
o Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry and filing
o Processing of new student registration and payment
o Provide administrative support to teachers, such as preparation of materials for classes
o Assist in ad-hoc matters when necessary
Job Requirements
o Candidate must possess at least O Level / Diploma holders
o Able to work independently
o Able to work on rotating shifts including weekends
o Bilingual in English & Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
o Proficient in MS Word and Excel
o Passionate in customer service
o Meticulous and systematic with administrative procedures
o Work location : Parkway Parade, Tampines, Simei, Bedok, Tengah, Bukit Panjang, Jurong, Yishun, Tiong Bahru
