A leading company in Singapore seeks a customer service executive with strong communication skills to handle hotline calls and provide support. The role requires a minimum education of GCE N Level and at least 6 months of call centre experience. Working hours are typically Monday to Friday with an alternate Saturday half day.
Salary: $2,400 - $2,800

Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 6pm
Alternate Sat half day (8am-1pm)
Location: Near Yio Chu Kang MRT
Job Responsibilities:
Handle company hotline calls
Answer inquiries by clarifying, and providing information
Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone or email
Job Requirements:
Min GCE N Level
Min 6 months call centre experience
