Job summary

A leading company is seeking a claims processing officer to oversee staff claims and conduct audits. Job description

Job Description:

  • Oversee and process staff claims accurately and on time, ensuring quality and compliance with internal policies.

  • Conduct periodic audits of claims to detect irregularities, investigate discrepancies, and take appropriate corrective actions.

  • Prepare and share monthly claim statistics and reports with Payroll and Finance teams to support timely payments or recoveries.

  • Deliver prompt advisory and customer service to employees, fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

  • Leverage technology and data analytics to enhance productivity, support SOP reviews, and contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirement:

  • O Level and above

  • A collaborative team player with the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines; experience in the HR field is preferred.

Additional Information:

  • UP to $2650

  • Located near One North

  • Contract Till 31 March 2026
