The role involves managing check-ins, assisting travelers, and ensuring a seamless process for all, while accommodating those with special needs. Benefits:
Basic salary up $2600
Gross Salary up $3000 with shift allowance and OT
Joining Bonus $5000
AWS + Variable Bonus (Up to 4 months)
6 days per week with rotating shift
Location: Changi
Transport provided for shifts beyond midnight
Job Responsibilities:
Delivering a positive and memorable experience for every passenger.
Managing check-in procedures and welcoming passengers as they arrive.
Ensure the departure process is seamless and efficient for all travelers.
Support passengers with special needs, offering dedicated assistance as required.
Delivering customer service in premium lounges at Changi Airport.
