A leading company in training services is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to enhance client experiences and support events. This role combines administrative tasks with client interaction, ensuring smooth operations during workshops and seminars. Responsibilities include event preparation, participant support, and post-event administration.
Role Summary
-We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to support our Training Department.
This role combines administrative excellence with elements of business development and client interaction, ensuring our workshops and seminars run smoothly and our participants enjoy a seamless experience.
Pre-Event Coordination
-Call leads provided by Marketing to confirm attendance for upcoming workshops and seminars.
-Maintain accurate attendance logs and update CRM accordingly.
On-Site & Virtual Event Support
-Assist participants with payment collection at the end of each session.
-Present and explain 1–3 PowerPoint slides covering course or product pricing.
-Monitor and manage the company’s WhatsApp enquiries line—field questions, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and escalate to trainers as needed.
-Assist clients with setting up relevant trading or course-related software, including installation, login guidance, and basic configuration support.
-Training will be provided to ensure you are equipped to handle common software-related client queries confidently.
Post-Event Administration
-Issue and send invoices promptly after payment confirmation.
-Follow up on outstanding payments.
-Follow up with interested parties who attended the event to nurture leads and support the sales conversion process.
General Administrative Duties
-Provide ad-hoc support to the Training Department (filing, data entry, document preparation).
-Rotate front-desk duties when manpower is limited (welcome visitors, manage door access).
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills Required
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
-Customer-service oriented, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
-Interest in or experience with financial markets.
-Background in financial product sales or general sales experience.
