AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Clinic Administrator to handle clinic operations and patient scheduling at our Outram Park location. This position requires a minimum educational qualification of GCE 'N'/ 'O'/ 'A' Level or equivalent, with opportunities for new candidates. The contract is 1 year, renewable, and comes with a completion bonus.
Summary:
Monday to Friday, 8 hours shift
Required to work 1 half Saturday every 4 weeks

Responsibilities:
Manage clinic session updates in the system and coordinate with various stakeholders to handle patient appointment scheduling.
Perform a range of administrative tasks to support clinic operations.
Consistently meet quality standards and achieve departmental KPIs on a monthly basis.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of administrative accuracy.
Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in any relevant discipline
1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare industry
