About the team

Our Medical Services team is critical to the success of Doctor Anywhere. We are a team of healthcare professionals who oversee Doctor Anywhere's medical operations, including clinics, telemedicine, and mobile services. With our patients as the top priority, our team works closely together to deliver the benefits of innovative medical technology.

About the role

We are seeking a Senior / Clinic Assistant who will provide operational support for the clinics with the following responsibilities:

  • Handle front desk registration of patients, schedule medical appointments, dispense medications and consumables, and process payments.
  • Ensure error-free results entry into the CMS system.
  • Responsible for correct billing and invoicing; accountable for cash collection and accuracy.
  • Conduct monthly stock taking of drugs and consumables.
  • Assist doctors in providing treatment and medical examinations.
  • Ensure that the clinics are kept clean and tidy at all times.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

About you

  • Minimum 1-3 years of related clinic assistant or customer service experience preferred.
  • Able to work on rostered shifts, including some weekends and public holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer literacy.
  • Unquestioned integrity and high standards in your work.
  • A proactive start-up attitude—taking full ownership of your responsibilities, willing to step out of your comfort zone, and embrace new challenges.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to learn new skills.
