Architect – Ultra-Luxury Residential Design
Job summary
A leading global design studio in Singapore is seeking creative Architectural Designers at junior and intermediate levels to contribute to luxury residential projects. Candidates will assist in developing design concepts, preparing detailed plans, and ensuring compliance with regulations. A degree in architecture and relevant experience are required, along with proficiency in industry-standard software. This role promises a career in luxury design within a top-ranked hospitality design firm.
Qualifications
- 3 – 6 years of experience in architecture; candidates with less can apply for junior roles.
- Experience in luxury residential or hospitality projects required.
Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Architects and Design Directors with design concepts.
- Prepare architectural designs, detailed drawings, and 3D models.
- Research building codes and zoning regulations.
- Coordinate with various consultants and vendors.
- Participate in design reviews and client meetings.
