We're now expanding our marketing team and looking for a hands‑on, AI‑powered Creative Lead to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in shaping a distinctive brand identity while delivering high‑performing creative assets across campaigns, channels, and regions.

Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Heymax's brand identity system. You'll be the guardian and architect of Heymax's visual identity defining and refining how the brand shows up across every channel. From typography, color, and tone to layout and motion language, you'll ensure the brand feels cohesive, premium, and inspiring for travelers. You'll keep the system agile and scalable as we grow, adapting the identity to social, partner, and product contexts without losing its core feel.
- Build and maintain creative templates & systems for scale. You'll design modular creative systems templates, design kits, and brand assets that allow our team to ship faster while staying on-brand. These templates will power everything from paid ads and organic social posts to email, web banners, and partnership materials.
- Produce high-performing paid/social creatives quickly. You'll work closely with the Digital Marketing and Growth teams to translate insights into thumb‑stopping creatives. Expect to create and iterate on visuals that test hooks, angles, and styles across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and display. You'll use AI‑assisted workflows to produce more efficiently, without compromising storytelling quality.
- Create motion and short‑form visual content. You'll concept and edit short‑form videos, animations, and motion graphics turning stories, data, and campaigns into snackable visual narratives that capture attention and inspire engagement. You'll be fluent in tools like After Effects, CapCut, Runway, or equivalent AI tools for fast iteration.
- Review and refine UGC & creator assets. You'll collaborate with the Growth and Paid teams to evaluate and enhance user‑generated or creator‑made content, ensuring that all assets are on‑brand and aligned with our tone and design standards. You'll help create briefing guides and editing frameworks that scale UGC consistency.
- Support partner GTM visuals & co‑brand assets. You'll design and deliver creative assets for partner launches, co‑branded campaigns, and merchant promotions. This includes visual toolkits, landing visuals, and joint campaign materials that elevate our partners while maintaining Heymax’s design integrity.
- Maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints. From app visuals to ads, email headers to social banners, you'll ensure that Heymax looks and feels unified everywhere. You'll work with internal teams to audit visuals regularly and maintain high creative standards across every asset shipped.
- Build automation workflows & creative ops infrastructure. You'll set up a creative operating system that uses AI, templates, and automation to increase output speed and efficiency. From batch asset generation to smart naming conventions and design libraries, you'll create a scalable structure for the creative team’s future growth.
You Are
- 4-8 years of experience in design, motion, or creative direction ideally in startups, consumer tech, or lifestyle brands
- Visually sharp + execution‑driven
- AI‑native Midjourney/Runway/ChatGPT/CapCut pro
- Fast, experimental, and iterative, not precious or slow
- Able to produce motion, static, design + creative strategy
- Comfortable balancing brand storytelling + performance creative
- Collaborative works tightly with Growth MKT & Paid Lead
- Startup‑minded: scrappy, proactive, bias‑for‑action
