Where You’ll Make a Difference
  • Assist in creating and modifying fragrance formulations under the guidance of senior scent designers and perfumers.
  • Learn and apply knowledge of raw materials, olfactory families, and fragrance structures.
  • Support the development of fragrance concepts aligned with brand identity, market trends, and consumer insights.
  • Participate in sensory evaluations, internal testing, and stability studies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, R&D, and Product Development.
  • Maintain accurate records of formulations, evaluations, and project milestones.
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and assist in preparing mood boards and presentations.
  • Engage in regulatory and compliance-related tasks to support project execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to enhance fragrance development.
