Designation: Creative Strategist
Responsibilities
This role requires a strategic thinker with proven experience in integrated marketing communications, digital innovation, and brand planning. The candidate will operate as a largely independent contributor, taking ownership of projects from conception to execution to case study authoring, and providing strategic recommendations that drive measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement omnichannel strategies that integrate digital, social, and offline touchpoints to deliver single-minded, seamless consumer experiences
- Lead strategic omnichannel planning and policing its execution for campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience insights
- Author compelling case studies and performance reports for local and international award shows, demonstrating effectiveness and innovation in campaign delivery
- Manage complex projects end-to-end, including timelines and stakeholder alignment, with minimal supervision
- Apply generative AI tools for ideation and content development, ensuring rigorous sourcing and ethical use of AI-generated outputs
- Develop workflow enhancement innovations leveraging emerging trends and automation technologies to boost the quality of the Omnichannel Strategy team's strategic output
- Collaborate selectively with the team lead for strategic validation while maintaining autonomy in day-to-day execution
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives in high-ambiguity environments
- Intellectual humility to be able to learn and pivot quickly when situational changes call for it, especially in a high-ambiguity environment
- Proven track record in award-winning campaigns, including experience authoring Effiewinning case studies, Marketing Awards or equivalent
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and accountability in delivering high-quality outputs
- Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to inform strategy and measure success
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal - with the ability to write a logically-sound argument with emotive flair
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in generative AI prompting, with attention to accuracy and source validation
- Expertise in digital and social media strategy, including content planning and performance optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in integrated marketing communications (IMC) and brand planning across diverse industries
- Familiarity with consumer insights and research methodologies to inform strategic decisions
- Competence in channel planning and GTM strategy for large-scale campaigns
