We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Ace Marketing Services Pte Ltd. As a full-time Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

What you’ll be doing
  1. Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups
  2. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing
  3. Maintain detailed records and documentation related to sales activities
  4. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and preparing sales presentations
  5. Liaise with clients to address any concerns or issues and provide excellent customer service
  6. Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and processes
  7. Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to drive sales success
What we’re looking for
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative support role, preferably in a client-facing environment
  2. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues
  5. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
  6. Knowledge of the client and sales administration industry is an advantage
  7. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.
