As a Live Streaming Associate, you will play a key role in creating impactful live sessions that educate, entertain, and convert viewers into customers. Your responsibilities include:
- Host live-streaming sessions across platforms such as TikTok, Shopee Live, and other social channels.
- Demonstrate and explain product features in an engaging, confident, and persuasive manner.
- Interact with viewers in real time, answering questions and providing recommendations to increase conversions.
- Plan live-stream content, product lineup, scripts, and promotional angles.
- Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure product availability and price accuracy.
- Assist with setup of lighting, audio, backdrops, and streaming equipment.
- Review performance metrics (viewership, engagement, conversion rate) and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Work with team to refine content strategy, product demonstrations, and campaign direction.
- Assist in creating short video clips, product demos, and social content for use on live-commerce platforms.
- Support e-commerce operations such as product listing checks, promotion settings, and content updates when needed.
- Holds a minimum of a Diploma. Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
Has strong interest in live-commerce, social media trends, and content creation. - Is confident speaking on camera and comfortable interacting with audiences.Has good communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage (for interacting with Mandarin-speaking audience).
- Is energetic, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with TikTok Live and TikTok Shop is a bonus.
- Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or simple video editing tools will be an advantage.
