• Achieve monthly individual sales targets.
• Manage branch operations including loan processing, credit approval, promotion of loan products, and administrative tasks.
• Support daily branch activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct collection activities and negotiate with customers on overdue loan repayments.
• Review and verify customer information for loan applications.
• Maintain and update customer files, including electronic records, in a timely manner.
• Participate in weekly meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in loan sales or relationship management, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Proven track record in personal and corporate loan sales.
• Proficient in Japanese to liaise with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Experience in evaluating loan applications and assessing credit risk.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Basic understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
