Job Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate distribution, resale, and vendor/supplier contracts.
• Review, draft, and manage licenses and sales contracts on a daily basis in accordance with company policies and risk tolerance.
• Respond promptly to legal requests from internal stakeholders, summarizing and communicating legal concepts in an understandable and actionable manner.
• Advise on legal issues and risks related to compliance (e.g., anti-bribery, data privacy), approval processes, company policies, IP, and business strategy.
• Advise on labor-related matters.
• Identify and address risks and issues in daily business operations to ensure a consistent legal position.
• Mitigate risk while supporting commercial opportunities presented by transactions.
• Advise on IP and brand protection issues.
• Educate internal teams and external partners to ensure understanding and ownership of business-related risks.
• Ensure all corporate filings are made accurately and on time.
• Report company activities in accordance with local legal requirements.
• Act as a company representative for matters requiring legal support.
• Review and authorize company legal activities related to audit, finance, and compliance.
• Maintain intercompany agreements in accordance with local regulations and tax requirements.
