The Job

• Key Responsibilities:

Marketing

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns to generate B2B leads across Asia that are in line with the company’s business goals.
• Strategize, optimize and manage social media accounts and manage ads through various marketing channels.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Understand and respond to customers’ needs and inquiries and recommend appropriate services and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through regular visits, online meetings, and other communication channels.
• Lead negotiations with customers on pricing, quantity, delivery terms, and other commercial conditions.
• Develop and manage sales budget, forecasts and establish pricing strategies.
• Provide after-sales support such as following up on customers’ feedback, managing after-sales issues and AloT operations with IT and product development team.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate sales and marketing performance, insights, and recommendations to management.

The Profile

Qualifications & Experiences:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Media & Communication, Technology, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of relevant industry experience as Content Creator, Copywriter, PR, Marketing or a similar role.
• Proficiency in content creation tools, marketing analytics tools, and social media platforms.
• Effective team player with good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of enthusiasm.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
