Senior Manager – Regional Field Marketing

Overview
You will serve as the central point of contact for regional marketing and will support your regional business team to customize assets to reflect local market needs and preferences. You have a growth mindset and look to customer‑first insights while decision making. You are self‑motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative and analytical.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate and manage the annual, quarterly, and monthly planning and implementation of the marketing strategy and programs.
- Design and activate a culture of proactive collaboration while expanding regional and global coordination within teams and maintaining a solid repository of all data.
- Serve as a credible and strategic advisor to the Regional Marketing Director, providing reporting on identified operational issues and progress.
- Develop integrated, multi‑touch marketing campaigns.
- Perform stakeholder mapping, craft analysis builds and work on competitive intelligence to enable monthly and quarterly reviews and plans.
- Research, develop and deploy regional and country demand strategies aligned to growth targets and operational KPIs.
- Understand regional nuances and consumer insights, building a definitive voice on how we position our solutions and customer value proposition to market.
- Lead key marketing campaigns for demand generation / pipeline acceleration for the region with omni‑channel activation.
- Build a solid pipeline of marketing activities to generate leads and demand for priority markets (SG, HK, JP, CN, AU).
- Utilise sales and marketing automation systems, ideally Salesforce.
- Liaise with multiple agencies to develop compelling content—including thought leadership messaging, executive presentations, blogs, and social content—for business leaders to help accelerate our right to play and win.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns from inception to execution aligned with the sales objectives in the region.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Discipline.
- 8–10 years of experience in the Asia Pacific region with a strong record of managing brand and communications in a regionally or globally recognized company (Service Provider, OEM, or Agency side).
- Experience working closely with sales organizations and leadership to deliver on aligned KPIs.
- Demonstrable understanding of the unique qualities, cultures, and business acumen in Asia Pacific markets.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin is advantageous.
- Experience managing agency rosters.
- Highly motivated, thrives in a fast‑paced team environment and adapts readily to changing market and organizational requirements.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in managing and measuring the impact of marketing campaigns.
