Role Overview

The Management Associate supports the team across events, operations, marketing, partnerships, and day‑to‑day experience management. This is an entry‑level, hands‑on role ideal for fresh polytechnic graduates who want broad exposure, enjoy dynamic environments, and want to grow a career in lifestyle, innovation, community, and youth‑focused experiences. A key focus of this role is contributing to programmes and initiatives that increase visitor engagement and footfall at L^IFE.

Key Responsibilities
Events and Programming Support
  • Assist in planning workshops, showcases, pop‑ups, and other activities.

  • Coordinate with creators, youth groups, partners, and vendors.

  • Support preparation of run sheets, logistics, and event materials.

On‑ground Operations
  • Assist with setup, operations, coordination, and teardown.

  • Help manage venue readiness, AV needs, materials, and event flow.

  • Support speakers, trainers, artists, and participants during programmes.

Marketing and Content Support
  • Assist with photography, videography, and content capture during events.

  • Provide timely updates and programme details to the marketing team.

  • Help with signage, displays, and visual experience setup.

  • Support initiatives designed to attract footfall and increase engagement.

Partnerships and Community Engagement
  • Liaise with collaborators, youth groups, trainers, and creators.

  • Follow up on schedules, deliverables, and coordination needs.

  • Support co‑created programmes that strengthen the L^IFE community.

Operations and Administration
  • Assist with procurement, quotations, invoicing, and inventory tracking.

  • Maintain materials, equipment, and storage areas.

  • Support attendance reporting and programme outcome tracking.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Help ensure L^IFE remains organised, welcoming, and vibrant.

  • Support retail, F&B, workshop, or pop‑up preparations when needed.

  • Assist during peak periods, busy weekends, and major activations.

  • Contribute ideas to improve operations, events, and visitor experience.

  • Take on general tasks to support the overall functioning of L^IFE.

Requirements
Experience
  • Fresh polytechnic graduates are welcome; no prior experience required.

  • Diplomas in Business, Media, Events, Hospitality, Design, Communications, or related areas are preferred.
