The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in education and training, bringing expertise in operational leadership within the learning and development fieldReports to: COO (Chief Operating Officer)Key responsibilities include: Oversee and enhance operational processes and delivery of the overall operational metrics. Lead, manage, and develop the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient functioning across departments. Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth and ensure the achievement of organizational goals. Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with the company's mission and objectives. Ability to manage and influence key stakeholders. Develop and implement training programs ensuring they are effectively delivered and meet organizational standards. Analyze operational performance and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and effectiveness. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational activities and training programs. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including human resources, Marketing, Sales, Designs, Content and Tech. Execute a well-defined Communication and Engagement model in place to ensure all of their teams understand the performance of our business and also that they understand the needs of their teams. Ability to demonstrate achievement of results e.g. process improvements, cost savings. - Excellent leadership, people management, communication and influencing skills at a senior level. Strong commercial understanding and previous accountability for profit targets. Setting and reviewing Quality performance standards.
