Job Summary

Job Title: Training and Programme Executive (3 Years Contract)

Department: Logistic and Fulfilment Division

Reporting to: HOD

Working Location: HQ@Chai Chee

The Training and Programme Executive plays a dual role in both training facilitation and programme administration. This role is vital in designing, executing, and evaluating programmes for Persons with Disabilities in Bizlink Centre, while also serving as a key trainer delivering hydroponics vocational training and community engagement sessions with our partners while aligning with the organisation’s mission.

Job Description
Training and Facilitation
  • Train clients on indoor and outdoor hydroponics activities for clients
  • Work with hydroponics partner for vocational training and educational programmes for Bizlinks’ beneficiaries
  • Adapt training content and approach to meet diverse learning needs of the beneficiaries
  • Assess training effectiveness and refine content based on feedback and evaluation
Programme Planning and Execution
  • Assist to develop, implement, and evaluate programmes that meet the needs of the beneficiaries
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including volunteers, caregivers, and partners, to ensure effective service delivery
  • Monitor programme performance and outcomes, maintaining accurate records and reportsAssist in the development of programme proposals, budgets, and evaluation tools
Administrative Duties
  • Manage logistics related to programme delivery (e.g., venue booking, material preparation, registration), when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with funding requirements and organisational policies
  • Support reporting and documentation efforts for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications and Key Attributes
  • Diploma with at least 3 years of work experience in programme coordination and/or training in the social service sector
  • Non-diploma holder with social service experience will be considered.
  • Passionate to work and make a difference in the life of Persons with disabilities
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
