A leading media company in Singapore is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative campaigns across digital and print. The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for leading end-to-end design delivery across digital and print touchpoints, ensuring all creative output is on-brand, high quality, and aligned with business objectives. The role may in the future include mentoring a small design team and supporting manpower and budget planning for creative projects.
Conceptualise and execute 360° creative campaigns (digital, social, web, EDMs, print, OOH, in-store) from brief to final artwork
Act as brand guardian, maintaining consistent visual identity, templates, and design systems across all channels
In the future, lead and mentor a small team of designers (e.g., 1–3 headcount), providing constructive feedback, coaching, and day-to-day guidance
Plan and prioritise design workload, allocate tasks, and manage timelines to meet multiple stakeholders’ deadlines.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors (agencies, printers, photographers) to translate business goals into effective visual solutions.
Support annual and campaign-level manpower and budget planning for the design function, including estimating hours, tracking design resource utilisation, and providing input on creative production costs.
Oversee vendor quotations for creative production (e.g., print, photography, video, freelance designers) and flag variances against budget.
Ensure files are production-ready, meeting technical specs for digital platforms and print.
Stay up to date on design, social, and ecommerce trends; introduce new tools, formats, and best practices to elevate the team’s work.
Undertake any other reasonable duties / projects which may be required from time to time.
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
5 –7+ years of hands‑on graphic design experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; XD/Figma a plus).
Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign work, brand identity, social media content, and marketing collaterals.
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong time‑management and stakeholder communication skills.
Ability to brief, guide, and review work from junior designers or freelancers.
Prior experience leading a small team, including basic workforce planning (task allocation, leave/peak‑period coverage).
Exposure to budgeting or cost control for design/marketing production (quotations, vendor management, simple budget tracking).
Knowledge of UI/UX or ecommerce design (web/mobile, landing pages, banners for marketplaces and campaigns).
Motion graphics, simple video editing, or animation skills for social content.
Experience working in fast‑paced industries such as ecommerce, FMCG, or agencies.
