A global information provider seeks a Solution Consultant Lead for Tax in Singapore, accountable for personal and team revenue targets. You will develop a team of consultants while providing expert consulting on tax and accounting issues. Expected qualifications include extensive solution consulting expertise, relationship-building ability, and balanced personal and team performance metrics. This is a player-coach role within Thomson Reuters' Asia Markets division, focused on the corporates enterprise solutions. You'll balance individual performance targets with team leadership responsibilities, maintaining your own revenue quota while developing and managing a team of solution consultants. This position requires deep expertise in tax and accounting solutions, with the ability to both execute high-value client engagements and elevate team performance through coaching and mentorship.
