Job description

Job Highlight:

• Located at Sembawang
• Basic salary up to $5,000
• Performance Bonus
• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the electrical team, ensuring smooth operations and timely project completion.
• Take on engineering duties, including design, calculations, and planning of electrical systems for projects.
• Review QA/QC documentation for engineering deliverables to maintain high-quality standards.
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, project managers, architects, and contractors to resolve technical challenges during project design and construction.
• Oversee testing and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring a successful Power Turn On.
• Ensure that all work adheres to electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices.
• Suggest improvements to increase efficiency, revenues, and project delivery timelines.
• Mentor and develop your team to ensure high performance and career growth.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction electrical systems, including work on multiple residential and BTO developments.
• Strong design experience and expertise in cabling, loading and sizing calculations, and equipment selection (e.g., cables, generators, panels).
• Proven ability to lead teams and solve complex technical problems.
