Description du poste
Responsibilities
- Enforce the Company’s Integrated System regarding work processes at the site.
- Manage labour, plant, and materials overall.
- Ensure all site works are completed according to specifications, on schedule, and within budget.
- Control and coordinate subcontractors.
- Identify and assess foreseeable risks arising from the workplace or work processes, and minimize environmental impact associated with construction activities.
- Implement reasonably practical measures to eliminate foreseeable risks to persons at the workplace.
- Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site.
- Participate actively in conducting risk assessments.
- Ensure briefing and re-briefing of risk assessments to workers by supervisors.
- Inform the Project Manager or Workplace Safety and Health Officer to stop work at any time for unsafe conditions.
- Review and revise risk assessments as necessary.
- Implement control measures to mitigate unsafe work and prevent recurrence.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
