Job description

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist in managing day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth project execution.
  2. Coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.
  3. Monitor project progress and prepare regular site reports.
  4. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations on-site.
  5. Support in reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and method statements.
  6. Track construction schedules and assist in resolving site issues promptly.
  7. Participate in site meetings and coordinate follow-up actions.
  8. Assist in quality inspections and ensure work adheres to project requirements.
  9. Support handover and commissioning activities in collaboration with relevant teams.
  10. Maintain documentation for inspections, work progress, and site records.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Other relevant education, training or work experience may substitute for Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree.
  2. Should possess at least 8 years construction managements experience
  3. Excellent knowledge of construction materials and equipment
  4. Excellent knowledge of relevant rules and regulations as well as quality standards
  5. Familiarity with design-and-build projects and M&E coordination.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills
