KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in managing day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular site reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations on-site.
- Support in reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Track construction schedules and assist in resolving site issues promptly.
- Participate in site meetings and coordinate follow-up actions.
- Assist in quality inspections and ensure work adheres to project requirements.
- Support handover and commissioning activities in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Maintain documentation for inspections, work progress, and site records.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Other relevant education, training or work experience may substitute for Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree.
- Should possess at least 8 years construction managements experience
- Excellent knowledge of construction materials and equipment
- Excellent knowledge of relevant rules and regulations as well as quality standards
- Familiarity with design-and-build projects and M&E coordination.
- Strong interpersonal skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills
