What you'll be doing
Assist in managing facilities and electrical systems across the organisation
Oversee project management for new building construction and infrastructure upgrades
Maintain and improve existing electrical systems through planned maintenance programmes
Supervise service partners and contractors to ensure timely and quality delivery
Provide technical guidance to user departments and support troubleshooting efforts
Coordinate fire safety systems and Green Mark initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance
Investigate safety incidents and prepare incident reports for follow-up and review
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering/ Facilities or related studies
2 - 3 years of relevant experience in facilities or building services engineering, preferably within healthcare setting
Proficient in electrical design calculations, cost estimation, and detailed engineering design
Able to read and interpret electrical drawings
Capable of conducting basic troubleshooting for power trips
Experience in annual shutdowns, including planning or hands-on support, is preferred
Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
