Job description

- Assist the Construction Supervisor in handling site matters.

- Willing to work under the sun, overtime, on weekends or holidays, with shift switching. Able to work under pressure and in conditions such as not being afraid of dirt or tiredness.

- Willing to work as a construction worker, capable of performing timber and rebar tasks, and able to work at project sites on structural work.

- Able to operate construction machinery, knowledgeable about construction safety. Experience in operating equipment such as trench rammers, drills, pneumatic hammers. Knowledge of mixing and pouring construction materials (concrete, sand, grout, etc.).

- At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry. Ability to manage site activities, vendors, and sub-contractors. Assist the Construction Supervisor in daily work execution. Attend meetings, coordinate, prepare work schedules, and supervise the site.

- Ensure installation is carried out according to construction drawings and that work meets acceptable standards of workmanship.

- Responsible for all aspects of site safety, with proven experience as a construction worker. Focus on reducing material waste and cost saving.

- Knowledge of basic engineering and construction principles and methods.

- Perform any other assigned duties.
