Work closely with Project Manager and various function heads such as the Technical Manager, Architectural Manager, M& E Manager, BIM Manager etc., for all technical matters involving designs, construction methods, work procedures, quality control and document control.

Provide technical support to project team and project tender team when required.

Chair and attend Technical meeting, review technical specifications, detect design/technical issues and drawing discrepancies and resolve technical queries with consultants and sub-contractors.

Work closely with client, consultants and sub-contractor on project deliverables ensuring project requirements are met.

In-charge of all submissions to clients, consultants, authorities and other stakeholders; ensuring submissions are timely and fulfilled.

Assist Site Engineer, supervise & coordinate day-to-day site works, including sub-contract works, safety and quality control.

Assist PM/PD in the overall project planning and other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Relevant Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Singapore PE Board.

Minimum 3 years of experience in construction projects.

Having hands-on experience or knowledge in precast concrete elements and façade systems is highly beneficial.

Analytical, organized and possess strong planning skills.

Excellent project and time management abilities.

An effective communicator and has strong interpersonal skills.
