Job summary
A leading engineering firm in Singapore is looking for a project coordinator. The role involves managing project deliverables, facilitating communication among teams, and ensuring quality standards. Candidates should have certifications like CSOC, experience working in diverse environments, and the ability to handle adverse weather conditions. Working overtime and on public holidays is mandatory.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Experience in team coordination and communication.
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Serve as a point of contact for multiple projects.
- Submit project deliverables and ensure quality standards.
Education
- Possess, CSOC and/or other relevant certs required
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple projects are running to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
- Able to work and cope with foreign workers environment
- Able to work under Adverse weather.
- Required to have hand on working experience and will be required to work hands on.
- Able to work on public holidays & 2 Hour OT per day is a must.
