Job summary
A construction company in Singapore is seeking a Construction Foreman to assist the Project Manager in daily site operations. The candidate will supervise construction workers, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with safety regulations, including inspecting personal protection equipment. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, and willingness to work weekends and overtime is essential.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as construction foreman.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines.
- Min 2 years of relevant working experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in managing a construction site.
- Supervise all construction workers.
- Solve disputes between workers if required.
- Inspect workers' personal protection equipment and safety gear.
To assist the Project Manager in managing a construction site in its day to day operations.
Supervise all construction worker and solve disputes between workers if required.
To carry out inspection of workers' personal protection equipment and safety gear in order to adhere to the company's safety policies.
Proven experience as construction foreman In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines.
Min 2 years of relevant working experience
Weekend duty is required, must be willing to work 6 days work week.
Must be willing to work overtime if required.
