Senior Electrical Building Services Lead LV/MV Design
Job summary
A leading global integrated resort developer in Singapore is seeking an experienced electrical engineer to lead and improve electrical building services projects. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in electrical engineering design, with a strong focus on project management and sustainability initiatives. Key responsibilities include collaborating with facilities teams to enhance operations and leading innovation in engineering solutions. Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is required, and candidates will benefit from a background in hospitality-related building services.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in electrical engineering design and project management.
- Good understanding of local authority regulations on M&E building services.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of new electrical building services program.
- Collaborate with Facilities teams to improve existing installations.
- Drive global and local sustainability projects.
