A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Beauty Parlour Director to oversee the management and operations of a beauty salon in Singapore. The role includes supervising staff, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and driving business profitability through effective management and marketing strategies. The Beauty Parlour Director is responsible for overseeing the overall management, operations, and growth of the beauty salon, ensuring high service standards and business profitability.
Manage day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth workflow
Lead, supervise, and motivate beauticians, therapists, and front-desk staff
Maintain excellent customer service standards and handle escalated customer concerns
Plan and execute sales promotions, marketing campaigns, and customer retention strategies
Monitor revenue, expenses, budgeting, and cost control to achieve business targets
Oversee inventory management, product purchasing, and supplier coordination
Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff performance and productivity
Maintain salon cleanliness, equipment standards, and professional brand image
Prepare basic reports on sales, staff performance, and customer feedback
Introduce new services, treatments, and service improvements based on market trends
Minimum Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in beauty salon management or a senior supervisory role
Strong leadership, organizational, and people-management skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of beauty treatments, products, and salon operations
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
