Our client is looking for a Marketing and sales Manager to support their rapidly growing company.

Job responsibilities:

• In charge of promoting Urban Farming and similar items, scheduling appointments with clients and customers via mobile and email as well as establishing and marketing the brand and developing brand recognition
• In charge of maintaining clients' connections through connecting with clients by responding to clients' enquiries prior to sales and delivering regular feedback to clients after revenue
• In charge of planning and coordinating the Urban Farming’s debut, shipment, set up, diagnostics and seeding as well as environmental optimization goods
• In charge of the creation of a Client Service Chart to keep detailed records of client's details
• Provide unique concepts for digital and physical marketing products as well as design assistance
• Ensure all information is up on digital platforms
• Develop, monitor and implement through advertising efforts
• Support in the development of advertising strategy and the creation of materials for through-the-line channels in order to enhance and deepen the relationship
• Support in the development of advertising strategies and material for through-the-line channels in order to boost and enhance businesses' visibility as well as promote audience interaction for digital media
• Maintain and track digital advertising and rivals' activities to make sure validity and find chances for effective marketing
• Other ad-hoc marketing assignments

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Marketing or related field
• Knowledge of social media platforms such as SEO/SEM concepts, CRM software, website analytics tools, Facebook Ads Manager and Google AdWords
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative will be an advantage
• Basic Microsoft office skills are needed
• Good communication and written skills
