Overview

The hiring company is a local advertising firm assisting thousands of large enterprises in crafting the right brand messages for intended results. They are looking to fill the role of a Creative Director to lead their creative team.

Responsibilities
  • Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
  • Collaborate with account executives to obtain knowledge of the client's requirements
  • Direct and motivate teams of art directors and copywriters to help them use their talents effectively
  • Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
  • Write and design unique and well-crafted copy that meets clients’ needs
  • Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, and provide feedback to the team
  • Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals
  • Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future
  • Lead and present the creative proposal to the client
Qualifications
  • At least six years of providing creative direction in the advertising industry
  • Proven experience in strategizing and ideating marketing campaigns for the public service sector
  • Hands-on experience in the creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development
