Responsibilities
- Manage and responsible for the store daily operation
- Develop a strong, long-term relationship with new and existing customers
- Implement and manage actions to improve customer communication and satisfaction
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand and products to the customers
- Develop sales and marketing plan to achieve monthly sales target
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Senior Team
- Assist in contacting and managing media interviews with the local media
- Assist with the weekly delivery and buyback operations at the store
Experience and Skills to be valued
- Experience in selling and marketing high-end luxury goods (watches, jewellery, real estate, automobiles, etc.)
- Experience in brand PR and product marketing in Singapore
- Experience in the retail industry of apparel or jewellery as a manager in charge of operations and management
Requirements
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a performance driven attitude with a hunger and thirst for sales and results
- Adapt to learning skills and knowledge with products that is completely new to you
- Min 1 year of retail experience in luxury goods
- Able to work autonomously and independently
- A good team player, a self-starter with strong communication skils
- Extensive background in CRM, E-Commerce, POS, Google Workspace software
- Able to work flexibly on weekends and evenings
