Overview

Our client is hiring a Sales Assistant for retail store in Singapore. Join the team to share the passion of a world-class silver accessory and work in an international environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and responsible for the store daily operation
  • Develop a strong, long-term relationship with new and existing customers
  • Implement and manage actions to improve customer communication and satisfaction
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand and products to the customers
  • Develop sales and marketing plan to achieve monthly sales target
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Senior Team
  • Assist in contacting and managing media interviews with the local media
  • Assist with the weekly delivery and buyback operations at the store
Experience and Skills to be valued
  • Experience in selling and marketing high-end luxury goods (watches, jewellery, real estate, automobiles, etc.)
  • Experience in brand PR and product marketing in Singapore
  • Experience in the retail industry of apparel or jewellery as a manager in charge of operations and management
Requirements
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a performance driven attitude with a hunger and thirst for sales and results
  • Adapt to learning skills and knowledge with products that is completely new to you
  • Min 1 year of retail experience in luxury goods
  • Able to work autonomously and independently
  • A good team player, a self-starter with strong communication skils
  • Extensive background in CRM, E-Commerce, POS, Google Workspace software
  • Able to work flexibly on weekends and evenings
