We're looking for a Client Account Manager (CAM) to:

1. support our private bankers known as Client Advisors in our Greater China desk in Singapore to deliver exceptional client service and experience (our assistant private bankers are called CAMs)
2. be point-of-entry contact for clients with account queries or orders, stock orders, payments, etc.
3. assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities
4. support with documentation for client meetings, investment proposals and the like
5. collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements

Your team
You'll be working in our Global Wealth Management business division in Singapore. Our role is to manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients in APAC.

Your expertise

1. at least 3 years of assistant relationship manager experience preferably in a private bank or in a supporting role including in private banking operations
2. university degree or institute of higher education, with valid CACS Papers 1 and 2 to be licensed for the role
3. financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team
4. unyielding attention to detail, even when under pressure
5. team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities
6. works with absolute discretion, tactfulness and adaptability to changing demands
7. additional languages including Mandarin and Cantonese are advantageous to serve our clients in the region
