We are a long-established property leasing group seeking a reliable and experienced Accounts Assistant to support rental and accounting operations across several companies within our group. This role is ideal for mature candidates who value stability, clear responsibilities, and a long-term working environment.

• Handle rental collections, issue receipts, and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Maintain tenant accounts and prepare monthly reports for multiple group entities.
• Process supplier invoices and payments across different companies.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Prepare GST F5 workings, schedules, and draft submissions
• Maintain proper accounting records for multiple entities, including companies with low‑volume transactions.
• Answer phone calls and assist tenants/suppliers with basic enquiries.
• Maintain audit and compliance documentation for tenancy agreements, deposits, and statutory filings.
• Provide general administrative support including filing, document organisation, and data updates.
• Perform any other duties or ad hoc tasks assigned by management

• Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only.
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level; aCertificate/Diploma in Accounting/Finance is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience — property or leasing experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office; comfortable with basic IT tasks.
• Comfortable speaking in Mandarin to liaise with tenants and suppliers.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable, and independent, with strong accuracy in routine tasks.
• Team player who can work well with colleagues across the group.
• Comfortable handling accounts for several entities within a group structure.

• 5‑day work week (Mon–Fri).
• Office hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
• Location: Town area. (near Raffles Place MRT)
