A social mobility initiative in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to lead the planning and development of the KidSTART programme. Responsibilities include formulating operational policies, overseeing project management, and engaging with stakeholders to promote quality outcomes for young children and families. The ideal candidate will have at least six years of relevant experience, strong analytical and writing skills, and a commitment to continuous professional development. This role requires flexibility and the ability to manage tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
You will be part of the ProgrammePlanning Division in KidSTART Singapore Ltd. (KSL), which includes the Programme Development Department. The ProgrammeDevelopment Department’s key task is to lead in the planning, development and review of operational policies as well as oversee capability building strategic planning for implementation of the KidSTART programme, so that KidSTART is implemented efficiently and effectively, in collaboration with internal/external partners and stakeholders including families and children. We are looking for a team player and leader who is passionate about social mobility and working together with us to fulfil KidSTART’s vision of giving every child a good start in life.
You will drive the development, review and planning of the KidSTART model and operational policies for KidSTART’s scale-up that is aligned with MSF’s strategic direction. You will be involved in a range of operational policy work and capability building strategic planning involving people, systems, and processes. You will be responsible for formulating strategies, policies, and driving projects to enable suitably resourced partners and stakeholders to deliver quality services and curriculum that promote resilience and support young children and families towards a lifetime of positive outcomes.
