Responsibilities:
Handle daily purchase requests from sales, project, and operations teams, ensuring accurate, timely procurement aligned with approved budgets and requirements.
Source and evaluate suppliers based on pricing, quality, capacity, and lead time. Issue purchase orders according to procurement plans and forecasts, while monitoring production and shipping timelines.
Collaborate with warehouse and finance teams to ensure smooth goods receipt, inventory updates, and on-time supplier payments. Support audit and compliance documentation when needed.
Monitor stock levels and coverage for assigned product categories. Work with planning teams to forecast demand and adjust purchase plans to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
Maintain ongoing communication with local and overseas suppliers to manage lead times, resolve supply chain issues, and negotiate pricing, Incoterms, and payment terms in line with company policies.
Work closely with product development and technical teams to procure parts and materials for approved projects. Ensure alignment with development schedules, cost targets, and launch timelines.
Collaborate with QC, Logistics, and Product teams to resolve delivery delays, non-conformities, or quality issues. Escalate critical supply or vendor performance issues to the Purchasing Head or management.
Requirements :
A diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in procurement or a similar role.
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
Solid understanding of procurement strategies and sourcing methods.
