Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a role focused on implementing and supporting Audio Visual solutions. Responsibilities include working closely with clients and engineers, providing system support, and conducting end-user training. The ideal applicant will have experience in the AV industry and relevant qualifications. This role offers a competitive salary and additional allowances.

Responsibilities
- Implement, design and support AV solutions as per customer requirements.
- Provide AV / IT support at customer sites.
- Conduct training for end users on implemented solutions.
- Assist in post-deployment support.

Basic Salary: $2,800 - $4200 + Yearly Performance Bonus + Phone Allowance + Transport Allowance
Office at Ubi Singapore, work at client's site [ Islandwide ]
Qualification:
- ITE / Diploma in IT / Engineering / Audio Visual
- Open to junior or senior role depends on years of working experience in AV industry
Job Scopes:
- Work closely with manufacturers and Engineers to implement, design and support AV solutions in accordance to company’s standards and best practices to meet customer’s requirements.
- Work with End users for AV / IT support. Role may include being based at customer site for day-to-day support.
- System configuration, Testing & Commissioning of Integrated Audio Visual and Videoconferencing solution.
- Conduct end user trainings to end users on how to use the Solution(s) implemented.
- End user support
- Work closely with in house AV Designers and Engineers from different manufactures like Extron, Crestron, Yealink, Logitech, etc to implement full integrated solutions for venues like meeting room, lecture room, experience center, command center, auditorium, ballroom, etc.
- Study the schematic drawings to understand the technical & functional requirements to implement each solution
- Assist in post deployment support
