Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent certification in Audio Visual Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in AV systems and components.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a site-based team.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts and support events on weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AV operations to ensure reliability and user experiences.
