The role requires the incumbent to oversee end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring compliance and accurate financial reporting across the organization.

The candidate will also drive process improvements and support strategic financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Prepare and submit consolidated financial reports to headquarters within strict deadlines, ensuring adherence to accounting standards.
• Develop, review, and implement financial policies, internal controls, and process enhancements to optimize efficiency.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.
• Ensure timely and accurate corporate tax filings, computations, and compliance with local tax regulations.
• Liaise with external auditors, prepare audit schedules, and facilitate smooth audit processes.
• Oversee payroll processing, staff claims, and reimbursements for the company and its subsidiaries.
• Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and treasury-related activities to maintain financial stability.
• Handle ad-hoc financial projects, system implementations, or process automation initiatives as required.
  
  

Requirements

• ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum 4 - 6 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Meticulous attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Leadership skills to manage and mentor a team effectively.
