Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience in operations/administration within a complex organisation.
• Proven strategic planning and delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Strong financial acumen and governance mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Confident in stakeholder engagement.
• Digital fluency with Microsoft 365 and willingness to learn new tools.
• Familiarity with data protection and information governance frameworks.
• Exposure to change management and service design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and track a 3-year plan including horizon scanning and tactical implementation.
• Own budgeting and ensure compliant procurement and value-for-money contracts.
• Lead and develop the admin team, managing performance and hiring processes.
• Maintain risk registers and ensure compliance with various regulations.
• Champion LLMs and Microsoft 365 tools to enhance workflows and reporting.
• Oversee UG/PG and CET programme support for the Medical Humanities Hub.
