Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Plan direction and drive key technological advancements in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Multimodal Large Language Models (LLMs) using large-scale data.
• Conduct research in areas including but not limited to optimizing architectures for large language models, multimodal learning, self-supervised representation learning, cross-task unified learning, dataset construction, and reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF).
• Contribute to industry leadership by developing LLM technologies and promoting their application in business scenarios, such as multimodal content understanding and generation, and AI digital human technologies.
• Lead research and development of NLP technologies in areas such as dialogue systems, semantic understanding, and intelligent question answering.

Job Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Natural Language Processing, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant experience in large language models or generative AI.
• Strong background in NLP, with demonstrated research achievements in areas such as natural language understanding, machine learning, deep learning, or multimodal learning.
• Proven research capabilities in LLMs, with preference for candidates who have published high-quality papers in top conferences such as AAAI, ICLR, NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, EMNLP, CVPR, or JMLR.
