A leading global institution in Singapore is seeking a highly skilled IFRS17 Senior Actuary to manage IFRS17 production while ensuring high-quality results. The role involves collaborating with various teams, including Finance and actuarial teams, to deliver timely analyses and support corporate actuarial topics. The ideal candidate will be a qualified actuary with extensive experience in IFRS17 reporting, strong communication and presentation skills, and familiarity with Singapore's regulatory environment. Qualifications

  • Qualified Actuary from a recognized Actuarial examination body.
  • Extensive actuarial background with strong experience in IFRS17 reporting.
  • In-depth experience with reporting processes and reporting control environment.
  • Experience in Singapore regulatory regime is an advantage.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage team members on IFRS17 production ensuring high quality.
  • Support Head of Corporate Actuarial with analytical reviews.
  • Liaise with other actuarial teams on assumptions settings.
  • Provide support to Chief Actuary on corporate actuarial topics.
  • Ensure adherence to HSBC guidelines and statutory regulations.
