A human resources advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Admin & Accounts Executive. Responsibilities include handling accounts, supporting payroll, managing office operations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Accounting or Business, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience and proficiency in MS Office. This role offers a salary of up to $3000 and requires working five days a week.

- Handle AP & AR, staff salary, CPF, withholding tax & statutory submissions.
- Support payroll, HR documentation & recruitment (work passes, interviews).
- Organise company events & oversee office operations.
- Manage calls & provide admin support.

Working Days: 5 days (Mon – Fri)
Working Time: Mon – Thurs (8am – 5:45pm) & Fri (8am – 6pm)
Working Location: Lentor MRT
Salary: Up to $3000
