Team: High Touch Execution

Position Overview

We are looking to add a Senior Execution Trader to our centralized execution team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for trading a variety of products, including, but not limited to Credit, Commodities, Fixed Income, and / or FX (spot, NDF, options). This will be an opportunity for you to collaborate directly with our quantitative researchers and traders to implement new strategies and trades as well as provide feedback on liquidity, trading costs, and the overarching trading universe. Responsibilities

• Execution of trades across asset classes for systematic and discretionary strategies
• Use and improve tools to achieve best execution and post-execution analysis
• Work with strategy owners on the implementation of new strategies and trades, providing feedback and insights based on knowledge of market mechanics and liquidity
• Onboarding of new products, processes, trading venues, and traders
• Facilitate & enable business by coordinating trading and projects across internal teams
• Build and maintain relationships with trading counterparties

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Mathematics, or related field.
• Experience: 7-10 years, proven trading experience, buy side trading experience preferred.
• Product Experience Required: Track record of trading UK / EU / US Auctions, Cash and Inflation, Rates (IRS, ASW, XCCY), EU / US Credit (CDS, Bonds), Commodities (Power, gas, LME), FX (Vol, Spot, NDF,)
• Product Experience Optional: Equities (EFP, Vol) and / or Mortgage (TBA, Pools)
• Proficient / Strong in MS Excel
• Knowledge and experience with Bloomberg
• Familiarity with programming languages such as VBA or Python
