A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive focused on expanding sales and acquiring new clients. The role involves maintaining key relationships, responding to inquiries, conducting market research, and collaborating with the operations team to meet client needs. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in Business or Marketing and experience in sales or customer relationship roles.
Drive revenue growth by expanding sales within existing accounts and acquiring new clients. Increase the company's market share, customer base, and portfolio of service offerings. Maintain and strengthen relationships with key existing clients and their middle management contacts. Respond promptly to client inquiries (RFQs) and provide competitive quotations with strong follow-up. Conduct market research and trend analysis to support the achievement of sales goals. Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with key stakeholders and clients. Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure client expectations are consistently met. Oversee client accounts, including billing, contracts, and other commercial matters.
