Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Safety Coordinator & Drafter to ensure safety compliance at site and prepare necessary documents. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience and hold an Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is required. This position offers a salary range of $2,500 - $2,700.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years experience in safety officer and safety coordination work.
  • Experience in site coordination, project management, and installation works is preferred.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out safety rules according to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Establish emergency response skills as a Site Incident Controller.
  • Prepare documents for risk assessment and method statement.
  • Conduct monthly safety orientation meetings.

Safety Coordinator & Drafter

Overview

Working Days: 5 Days (Mon-Fri). Working Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm. Location: Ang Mo Kio. Salary: $2,500 - $2,700.

Job Descriptions
  • To carry out Safety rules accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions at site.
  • To set expectations and establish core emergency response skill and knowledge to undertake the responsibilities of a Site Incident Controller (SIC).
  • To prepare documents for risk assessment and method statement.
  • Provide monthly meetings on safety orientation to Technical staff
  • To do drawing for project sites using Auto-cad for draughting.
Job Requirements
  • Relevant 1 to 2 years’ experience for Safety Officer and safety co-ordination work.
  • Advance Certificate in Workplace safety and Health (Level B and Above.)
  • Preferably with experience in site coordination, project management (PM), and installation works.
  • Advantageous to have experience in service and facility maintenance for hospitals, nursing homes, and industrial sites.
  • Proficient in MS Office, PC literate, and well-versed in AutoCAD drawing.
